If the shared library already answers your question, there is nothing to build. If it doesn’t, our engineers build the analytic with AI agents — in days, not months — and you see its accuracy on sample footage before it runs on your feeds.

An engineer reviews and secures it
Accuracy, edge cases, camera conditions, failure modes — our engineers check them and secure the analytic. It is the review an analytic has to pass before it joins the shared library.

It joins the shared library, and the next question inherits it
Once reviewed, an analytic built for one question is there for every customer who asks something like it. Later, the library will also carry what happened when customers acted on what they measured — that is on our roadmap and has not shipped.

If the research doesn’t exist yet, we do it
A Helixe researcher takes on genuinely new problems. Those take longer, and a few can’t be answered at the accuracy you’d need.
One library, every customer.
The library isn’t an internal asset — it’s the product. Every analytic our engineers review joins it, and every customer can run what it holds. It will also carry the outcomes customers report from using it — that is on our roadmap and has not shipped.
Your cameras
We work with the cameras you already own. No new hardware to buy, install, or maintain.
Setup is remote — including working with your existing camera vendor if that's what it takes. What we need is a network that can stream video out, and we ask on the first call: we would rather find out early that we cannot serve you than discover it after you have signed.
Deployment
Helixe runs in the cloud. There's nothing to rack, install, or keep patched on your side.
Each customer gets a cloud instance of its own, which we operate. Your feeds stream to it and measurements come back, and no other customer's workloads share it.
